With an extensive background spanning more than two decades in the real estate industry, Shanna Cooke stands as a seasoned professional with a rich history of leadership within renowned real estate organizations since 2002.

As the Vice President of Operations, Shanna provided vital oversight for Invitation Homes' Atlanta field operations, the company's largest market, featuring over 12,000 properties in the metro Atlanta area. Her impressive tenure with Invitation Homes, spanning more than a decade, began in the Atlanta office as the Director of Acquisitions. During her leadership, Shanna's team successfully acquired over 7,700 properties across 18 counties in just two years, including a pivotal role in Atlanta's auction and bulk acquisitions. In 2014, she transitioned to the leasing side of the business, assuming the position of Leasing Director. In this capacity, she took charge of Atlanta's Leasing Operations, Property Management, Call Center, and HOA.

Prior to her role at Invitation Homes, Shanna's career in real estate management included serving as the Director of Sales for Pulte Homes, a national builder. She also oversaw 1,400 FDIC REO assets valued at over $100 million for the state of Georgia with Rialto Capital, a subsidiary of Lennar Homes University.

Originally from New York and now a current resident of Sandy Springs, Shanna plays an active role in her local community as a volunteer, dedicating ample time each year to supporting various community organizations. She's also a proud member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. In her personal life, Shanna is a dedicated Basketball mom for her two teenage boys, Kaden and Jaden, and she enjoys the vibrant life Sandy Springs has to offer her family, with her husband of 19 years, Lamont, and their beloved Shih Tzu, Teddy.

Joani was born in Atlanta and continues to be inspired by the vibrant and evolving real estate landscape in the city she calls home. Outside of her real estate career, Joani enjoys a range of hobbies across the city and across the world. She is an avid traveler, having recently explored Italy with her family. Her passion for photography, particularly capturing the tranquil beauty of Oakland Cemetery at dusk, is a creative outlet she cherishes. Joani maintains an active lifestyle through walking and other forms of exercise classes at Avalon, moments from her home. She values quality time with friends, often coming together for dinners, visiting art galleries, and attending various festivals throughout the area.
