This fully realized contemporary landmark offers pied-à-terre residences with sweeping views of New York City. FrenchCALIFORNIA, the interior design and creative studio founded by Guillaume Coutheillas, designed stylish model residences. Inspired by the way natural light transforms the home throughout the day, the spaces are characterized by a muted, tonal color palette comprised of gray, taupe, and other warm neutrals, combined with airy drapery to further emphasize the play of light and color within each home. Included in this design is a chic, light-filled home office with a spectacular view of Midtown Manhattan.
