A boutique townhome community with what developers call top-quality, unique style is aiming to capitalize on proximity to the massive Avalon project and urbanizing downtown Alpharetta.
Dubbed “Folia’ Old Milton,” the rising project is scheduled to have 15 townhouses priced from the $530,000s, carved into a leafy nook just east of Ga. Highway 400.
The masonry-clad aesthetic, as described by Rob Beecham, CEO and owner of developer Folia Group, is “classic farmhouse meets Rosemary Beach,” or a “clean exterior matched with rustic, high-design internal finishes,” per a press release.
