1105 West Peachtree Files Plans To Go Vertical, Sales Launch For Tower’s Condos

Plans have been submitted to the City of Atlanta for Selig’s forthcoming 1105 West Peachtree mixed-use to go vertical.

Last week’s application was specifically field for the project’s 31 story office tower.

The building permit submission follows the launch of sales for 1105 West Peachtree’s condo component, 40 West 12th.
