Townhomes near Manuel’s Tavern are up for sale

For some die-hard fans of beloved Atlanta restaurant Manuel’s Tavern, it could be the ideal address to call home.

Sales have begun for 16 townhomes located next door to Manuel’s Tavern at 550 North Highland in the hip Poncey-Highland neighborhood.

Atlanta-based Selig Development announced in a news release that the townhomes will be priced from the high $700,000s to the mid $800,000 and come in three- and four-bedroom plans averaging around 2,400 square feet. The homes will also include private courtyards, indoor and outdoor rooftop terraces with built-in wet bars.

Selig purchased the land, including the site of the existing Manuel’s Tavern in 2015, when the popular bar needed a series of upgrades.
