New Midtown condo development tops out, opens presentation gallery

Selig Development, Rockefeller Group and Engel & Völkers Atlanta are celebrating the topping off of its 40 West 12th development at 1105 West Peachtree in Midtown, according to a press release.

“As Midtown’s population surges, 40 West 12th is a differentiated residential offering for the fast-growing affluent buyer segment,” Christa Huffstickler, founder and CEO of Engel & Völkers Atlanta, said in the press release. “We are excited to celebrate this momentous topping out milestone, particularly as 40 West 12th is one of the few luxury condominium ventures coming to fruition in the area. Buyer interest in living at 40 West 12th is high, and we expect inquiries to soar even further with the opening of the presentation gallery.”

Interiors of the residences include modern finishes with Hans Grohe fixtures, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and more. Susie Proffitt from Atlanta’s Best New Homes TV will be the onsite advisor during the gallery showing according to the press release. Gallery showings are from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
