1105 West Peachtree’s Tallest of Three Towers Tops Out, Is Slated For Fall 2021 Completion

The tallest of three towers rising concurrently at 1105 West Peachtree is topping out, Selig Development, the firm behind the $530 million mixed-use Midtown project Wednesday announced. The 64-unit condominium building, 40 West 12th, topped out in October 2020 following the Epicurean Atlanta hotel in August 2020. The Class A office tower is slated for a fall 2021 completion. 1105 West Peachtree broke ground nearly two years ago to the day.
Located on the corner of West Peachtree and 12th Street, the 31-story office building encompasses 675,000 square feet and was designed by architecture firm Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio. The building features an “innovative and contemporary architectural styling, sporting a sleek” glass facade and a 410-foot geometric steel exoskeleton, according to the announcement. The exoskeleton will be set aglow by multicolor LED lights.
