$530 million tri-tower mixed-use project is complete spanning 3.5-acre city block
Selig Enterprises has completed its 1105 West Peachtree development, according to a press release last week.
The $530 million tri-tower mixed-use destination encompasses a Class AA office tower anchored by Google leasing 19 floors; 40 West 12th, a condominium tower priced from $1.1 to $2.5+ million; Epicurean Atlanta, a 178-key hotel designed for food lovers; and the Sky Terrace, an elevated amenity deck and greenspace that connects the three towers.
