Midtown condo breaks record for price per square foot

A luxury condo in Midtown Atlanta recently sold for $2.8 million, a new record at just over $1,000 per square foot. The deal was closed by Engel & Völkers Atlanta for more than $200,000 over asking price.

Located at 40 West 12th, the condo building is part of the 1105 West Peachtree mixed-use development in Midtown. Residence #1905 atop features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and is characterized by subtle luxury and high-quality finishes.
