Priced from high $600Ks, Interlock’s first-phase townhouses were claimed “almost instantly,” sellers report
Continuing a pandemic-era pattern seen across the metro, demand has been all but insatiable for the closest townhomes to Howell Mill Road to pop up during Atlanta’s decade-long, ongoing development cycle, according to sellers.
Priced between $680,000 and more than $1 million, the first six-unit phase of townhomes at West Midtown’s The Interlock mixed-use district sold out “almost instantly,” according to Christa Huffstickler, founder and CEO of Engel and Völkers Atlanta, which is marketing the project.
