Engel and Völkers Atlanta takes over sales, marketing for Seven88 condo tower

Engel & Völkers Atlanta was named lead broker for the 22-story, Seven88 West Midtown condominium tower, less than six months after the builder, McKinley Homes, brought in a full-time sales staff of its own and boosted property tours.

In its new role, Engel & Völkers will spearhead sales and marketing for the 279-unit building, where residences are priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million.
