Engel and Völkers Atlanta launches sales at new East Atlanta townhome community

Engel & Völkers Atlanta is leading sales and marketing of a new East Atlanta townhome community, The Harman by Monte Hewett. 

Situated on the northwest corner of Moreland and Ormewood Avenues, the development will have 22 townhomes in three floorplans named after local neighborhoods — Ormewood, Glenwood and Edgewood. The homes will range from 1,565 to 1,613 square feet and start in the high $500,000s. 

The community is being developed by local builder Monte Hewett. Interiors offer high-end features, like quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, Whirlpool kitchen appliances, Smartlocks and hardwood floors. A community dog park is available for residents.
