One thing’s for sure – the year of 2022 has already proven to be another significant period of change and fluctuation in the real estate market. We’re sure most of you would agree with us on that statement. Amidst the shift in housing trends and full array of reactions in tandem, ranging from “the sky is falling” to “we’re just normalizing,” Engel & Völkers Atlanta is proud to say that we’ve taken this period of time to strengthen our ability to eb and flow as needed to better suit our clients and set them apart in the market place no matter what kind of market we reside in. As mentioned, this year we have experienced exponential growth for our agents individually and as a company. In Q1 and Q2 alone, Engel & Völkers Atlanta saw a 22% increase in sales volume year-over-year and a 16% increase in homes sold year-over-year..
