Starting 2022 On a Stellar Note

2022 has made a grand entrance for itself here at Engel & Völkers Atlanta, and we could not be more thrilled rolling into the second half of the year with a variety of accomplishments already under our belt. One, in particular, made quite the splash when the Atlanta Business Chronicle released its list of Largest Residential Real Estate Companies in 2022, and our name shined brightly on line #19 – quite the jump from #23 in years passed.

This accomplishment derives from a multitude of differentiating factors – unparalleled syndication, our globally recognized brand, our local expertise, next-gen marketing strategy, and the exceptional service offered by each Engel & Völkers advisor.

Engel & Völkers Atlanta continues to lead the industry on a global scale and is ranked #5 in the world of all Engel & Völkers offices for gross commission income and sides. In recent months, we welcomed 7 new advisors to our Engel & Völkers Atlanta shop, and our team continues its upward trajectory of growth. Ken Covers and Lisa Robinson of the Engel & Völkers Atlanta shop received the Chairman Circle award from Engel & Völkers EVX, after earning over one million dollars in GCI or successfully closing over 60 sides in 2021. In addition, our Founder and CEO, Christa Huffstickler, and her Atlanta- based Developer Services division, was awarded with the “Developer Services Visionary Award” for her approach to market within the 40 West 12^th midtown condo development.

Beyond our accomplishments on a global level, we have made strides on a localized level as well that have brought us great joy in sharing over the past several months. Some of these momentous achievements consist of:

Launching sales at Artisan at Victory, a new 55+ active adult community in Acworth.

Closing out sales at Buckhead condo community, Enclave at Peachtree Memorial.
Holding the title for fastest selling condominium in Midtown, yet again, in selling another 10 homes in April at J5.
Selling nearly 90% of the first release at Interlock in West Midtown by Monte Hewett.
Introducing a brand-new community by Southwyck Homes called Cook’s Farm, located in Woodstock.
Ranking #1 in new condo and townhome sales in GA in 2022 thus far.
Breaking a multitude of resale records consisting of the following:

Ken Covers: Highest price per square foot home in Morningside in 2022 ($806/ft) — 1805 Lenox Rd NE

Susie Proffitt: Highest condo sale in Midtown in 2022 — 40 West 12^th #1805

Samantha Jones: Highest List-to-Sale Price Ratio (100%) in Sandy Springs in 2022 —205 Rivermere Way
