Krog Street Market Expansion
The City of Atlanta granted building permits in February for Asana Partners to begin site prep and construction for the new Krog Street Market expansion that they’ve coined, the ‘Krog Street District.’ Development officials say that completion for this exciting project is scheduled for Summer of 2022.

After purchasing two landmark Inman Park properties in 2018 and SPX Alley that is across from the BeltLine in Old Fourth Ward in 2019, Asana Partners has made detailed plans for renovations and new buildings that will collectively make for a more cohesive and functional space.
Of their planned additions, the tallest building will have 28,000 square feet of ground-level retail topped by offices, plus a new parking garage with 186 spaces. A second new building would replace an existing gravel parking lot that sits at the corner of Krog Street and Lake Avenue, and, more retail and offices would house the three-story brick structure that would also open up and connect to the BeltLine, thus creating a breezeway, lined with new dining and gathering areas, in the space between it and Stove Works.
