February Market Update
The month of January proved to be one for the record books. As we have been tracking, the metro-Atlanta market is seeing a drastic decrease in months of supply juxtaposed with January 2020. And, as the inventory lessens, the demand for homes continues to rise in along with the average sales price, which has increased 16.9% year over year.
2021 is projected to be a continuation of the most idealistic time to sell your home, as average days on market is down 37% this year; being a homeowner in and around Atlanta offers a unique advantage as there is an undeniable surplus of buyers across the city, and beyond.
