High Street Atlanta
High Street Atlanta is a 2 billion dollar mixed-use development projected to sit on 42 acres of Atlanta’s Central Perimeter. Conceived as the place “where unmatched amenities deliver the urbane lifestyle you desire,” this development will become the core of Perimeter Center. High Street Atlanta will be a vibrant community that creates meaningful interactions through a sophisticated assortment of residential, office, retail, restaurant, entertainment, hotel, and public elements.
The Three Phases of High Street
The master plan is intended to bring people together; this space has been curated to offer an array of experiences and activities for everyone by providing a genuine sense of community through outstanding architecture and authentic human interaction.

The first phase of this project is known as the ‘Green District,’ and will bring a vibrant mix of uses that surround a public park. Included in this phase is 150,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, 600 luxury rental apartments, 40,000 square feet of loft office space and 270,000 square feet of class A office space. The second phase is known as the ‘Market District’ and will continue this neighborhood axis by providing additional public open space and centralized retail spaces. And finally, the third phase or, ‘High Street District and Gateway,’ will expand upon the retail and residential opportunities that complete the main avenue to create the ultimate, connected community.
As it stands, Central Perimeter is the largest corporate office market in the Southeast and High Street Atlanta is opportunely located at the epicenter of GA-400, I-285 and the Dunwoody MARTA Station. This cutting-edge development will be the liaison and town center for the neighboring cities of Dunwoody and Sandy Springs.
