Adding to Alpharetta

by EV Atlanta

A proposal has gotten under way for ‘The Bailey’ development in Alpharetta. This 4.7 acre project is intended to situate on 2650 Northwinds Parkway, at the intersection of Kimball Bridge Road and Northwinds, just north of Georgia 400.

The vision for this venture is to create a 146,294 square feet state-of-the-art professional sports development/athletic facility and rehabilitation center. With the intention to bring a niche clientele to Alpharetta, this development also includes a high-end, 119-room boutique hotel and 32-unit condominium complex so as to accommodate visitors and residents alike with upscale retail and dining.

Alux Properties is the spearhead for this endeavor and have a unique conceptualization for this space and what it will bring to the city. With a thoughtful and sleek design from Atlanta architecture firm, Goode Van Slyke, this tech-centric wellness center has a “focus on landscape design and modern clean structures.”

Staying up-to-date with all of the latest Atlanta developments is a top priority to Engel & Völkers Atlanta. For more information about this project and all things Atlanta, visit evatlanta.com
