While Engel & Völkers Atlanta may still be considered a new real estate firm, you would never be able to tell from our expansive portfolio. In just three years, Owner and License Partner, Christa Huffstickler, has accomplished what many would consider to be unobtainable.

Since the grand opening of the corporate Engel & Völkers Atlanta office on Peachtree Street, the brokerage has made connections with the city’s most prominent developers, resulting in an extraordinary new-homes portfolio, including impressive and renowned projects such as 1065 Midtown, 40 West 12^th, the Waldorf Astoria, One Muesum Place, and Atlantic.

In January 2020 it was announced that three neighboring affiliate offices, Engel & Völkers North Atlanta, Engel & Völkers Intown Atlanta and Engel & Völkers Brookhaven, had been quietly acquired, further developing the firm’s already extensive market reach to neighborhoods such as Virginia Highland, Decatur, East Atlanta, Morningside, East Cobb, and beyond.

Since the acquisitions in the first quarter of 2020, Engel & Völkers Atlanta has continued its ascending trajectory with the addition of over 40 new Advisors including The Robinson Group, a top producing group of 10 advisors specialize in luxury residential listing sales in Atlanta’s top neighborhoods, led by Lisa Robinson who is noted to have represented the buyer in Atlanta’s highest sale this year, a 35,000-square-foot French Provincial-style mansion previously owned by Atlanta native Tyler Perry and sold for $15 million.

Engel & Völkers Atlanta also expanded its developer services resume with the addition of several new communities including Woodland Pointe, Elle at Oakhurst, Folia Old Milton, three prominent Monte Hewett collections: Madison Yards, Plateau West and Oak Crossing and five of JW Collections signature projects, Enclave on Collier, Enclave on Dunwoody, Heritage on Memorial, Paces View and Abbington at Wildwood.
