Introducing, 40 West 12th
From Atlanta’s premier commercial developer, Selig Enterprises, comes 1105 West Peachtree. Located in the epicenter of Midtown, and encompassing over 3 city blocks, the thoughtfully designed mixed-use development will consist of three towers and an elevated 1-acre greenspace.
The main building will include 20,000 SF of restaurant and retail space, 10,000 SF of conference space, and a nearly 1-acre ‘Sky Lounge’. The remainder of the 660,000 SF tower will be predominately office space, of which prominent Atlanta law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell has already inked a lease for four floors—more than 100,000 square feet. According to Chris Ahrenkiel, developer Selig Enterprises’ executive vice president of commercial leasing and office development, it will become “one of Atlanta’s most heavily amenitized office buildings.”
Engel Völkers Atlanta will be handling the Sales & Marketing for the residential tower, which will include 64 luxury condominiums complete with expansive balconies, indoor-outdoor glass fireplaces wrapped in floor-to-ceiling marble. Christa Huffstickler, CEO/Owner of Engel Völkers Atlanta also notes that the condo residents will have at their disposal the residential tower’s indoor pool deck, which would have a large sliding door that opens up to the outdoors, lending an open-air feel.
Sale of the condos has kicked off, and the excitement is quickly building around this unique Midtown delivery. For more information, please visit www.40west12th.com or contact Director of Sales, Sam Morgan, at sam.morgan@evatlanta.com.
