The Project
When New York-based architecture and interior design firm Fogarty Figner began its expansion into Atlanta, they were immediately tasked with a project that couldn’t be more perfect for a company entering into a new market—the opportunity to design a four-bedroom model home in brand-new luxury residences 40 West 12th. Located in Midtown, the high-rise has previously been compared to the swanky residences of the Big Apple, bringing a modern and sleek design to our growing Southern city and a familiar aesthetic for the firm.
