2 of the South’s ‘6 most modern luxury’ towers are in Atlanta

Move over, New York City: The South is seeing an increase in the number of sleek residential buildings evoking big-city sophistication. Architectural Digest recently announced their list of the South’s “6 most modern luxury residential towers,” which included two Atlanta residences.
Luxury tower development is gaining traction in the South’s real estate market because more people than ever want “convenient living,” Marianna Anvaripour, a real estate agent with Harry Norman Realtors in Alpharetta, told Architectural Digest. Anvaripour adds that these developments offer “fantastic amenities, great service with a concierge at the ready, and a cool design.”
