Elevated Dining Lands in the Heart of Midtown

The city’s premier mixed use project, 1105 West Peachtree, is thrilled to announce its’ plans for a one-of-a-kind rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as an additional lounge to open later this summer. The two additions to the three towers are expertly curated to provide an alluring reprieve for hotel guests, 40 West 12th residents, and anyone looking for a vibrant culinary experience. 

Aerial Kitchen & Bar will be joining Epicurean’s signature restaurant, Reverence, and the Epicurean Theatre. An ode to the hotel’s namesake, the dining destination will be situated amongst Atlanta’s skyline on the project’s 1-acre Sky-terrace and is designed to resemble a tranquil garden. Serving a variety of craft cocktails and seasonal bites, the relaxed atmosphere, sleek designs and warm finishes immerse guests in an alluring charm unlike anything else the city has to offer. The restaurant and bar will include open-air seating with stunning skyline views, and poolside cabana exclusive to hotel guests and 40 West 12th residents. 

Alongside Aerial Kitchen & Bar, the tower’s innovative lobby and lounge space will host The Office Bar. The hospitality-infused work space inspires collaboration and creativity for professionals working in the area by offering a dynamic setting for everything from casual meetings to pre-dinner cocktails in the center of a bustling tech and business district. The sophisticated lounge will serve lunch and dinner 7 days a week upon opening later this summer.
